Does anyone know of any good programs for transferring files from your iPod to your computer? I'm trying to transfer everything from my iPod Video (5G) to my new iPod Touch (3G) as quickly and painlessly as possible. It's so annoying that iTunes lets you put stuff ON your iPod but not pull it back the other way...

Any tips/recommendations appreciated!
