Hey, wasn't sure where to put this. And I'm not 'positive' about it. But I was wanting to find a pic of Danneel, one I knew of, but didn't have, and looked up Danneel, clicked onto the first site I found 'danneelharris.net' and went to the gallery. Saw the pic, clicked to see it, and then clicked to look at this board and such. Then found something strange had popped up, I clicked it away without really reading it, but the danneel site seemed to be slowing everything down and the image didn't come up, and then I was suddenly getting warnings from my anti virus every five minutes of an attempted attack some kind of trojan variant. This didn't stop until I disconnected, did a complete scan and clean of my computer with my virus software and then came back online. (eating up nearly 3 hours of my night) I post this as a cautionary tale to anyone who might go poking for pictures and such, and to just be cautious if you go to 'danneelharris.net'. Incase that was where this issue came from. I'm not really sure where else it could have, since it was the only site I was on that I don't visit regularly. Just an FYI for everyone. So everyone can use caution should they visit that site, and especially if they go poking through it's gallery. I'm not sure that it's a site that's updated much, the last looked to be back in May or so.

Is the site/gallery ad-supported? Chances are it was something in an ad that caused the freakout, as opposed to something malicious in the site itself...

Could be, maybe it came through from an ad, or accidently clicked something. Like I said, I'm not totally sure. I just know after I clicked on what I expected to pop up a bigger version of a photo, and then clicked to a different browser. The photo never came up, and I got some weird little 'warning style' pop up. That I didn't read well enough (cause it looked like something IE often throws up at me, but this wasn't IE (which I didn't think about). And then I had some crazy virus insanity that took me a week to completely get rid of. I'm not sure I know what was what. I just posted so if anyone goes there they can use caution watch what they click, and if anything funny pops up, to be able to be aware it might be something funny and take better action than I did.
Wanted to ask if you know the site danneelharris.net doesn't work anymore?? I'm trying to access it for a few days but I can't.
