I've been thinking - if Danneel ever does decide to get back to Wilmington for the fifth season of OTH, what do you think we'll see Rachel doing four years into the future? (I know some rumored possible spoilers have been circulating, but if you've read those, please keep them out of here - you can discuss those in the spoiler thread.)

I'm torn between hoping she'd have grown up and settled down a bit over the years... and hoping that she's still the wild girl we know and love. Maybe some sort of compromise of the two? She wasn't talking about college when everyone else was stressing over applications and acceptances and all of that, so I'm going to assume she didn't go. She seems more the type who'd want to get out there and start living life her way ASAP anyway. Doing what, exactly, I'm not sure...

She was pretty stoked about the Maxim thing, so I could see her maybe attempting to pursue modeling, possibly progressing into acting (much like Danneel herself). And I think Elle and I discussed this on the Elisabeth board a while back, but we thought it would be crazy if her oversexed ways landed her an unexpected pregnancy - even crazier if she kept the baby! Can you imagine Rachel Gatina with a baby? But sometimes the people you least expect to be good parents surprise you. It could be an interesting storyline, at any rate.

Or maybe she'd shock us and go all smartypants law student on us. There have been little hints that it might be something she's interested in. She's "good with all that legal mumbo jumbo," as Brooke so eloquently put it. lol

And now that I've written half a novel on the subject, what are your speculations for Rachel in season five? (Assuming that she appears at all - pleeeease, Danneel, get back there! lol)

Yeah, I could kind of see it, but it would still be rather shocking! I have this fantastic mental picture of her freaking out over the baby spitting up on her designer clothes or something. :lol:

But I could see her going out of her way to be the kind of parent she didn't have growing up (one who's actually THERE, for starters). I think she'd do okay.

Man, now I really do want to see her with a baby! lol

...on the other hand..i can also totally see rachel having this nasty drug problem cuz of her problems in the past (the connection in hte "love" sector..the problems when she was still a bit more chunky, the probs with her parents,...)

you know, maybe she did turn out gay... that or she hadn't found the right guy yet... (sha!)... since she said she felt nothing... and kissing bevin and not feeling anything doesn't really prove anything :lol:

Ew, yes, please no babies with Mouth! I'd be amused if it was Nathan's baby, which would bring about all kinds of fun drama (Tree Hill's specialty!) and leave Nathan to choose if he becomes Dan 2.0 or not. (The Naley fans would slaughter me for this. lol)

Evelien - lol. Rachel did seem awfully defensive when Bevin asked if she felt anything. Answered a bit too quickly, perhaps? I'm just saying... :P
