I'll probably rent it just for Danneel. Leighton is cool, but I'm not all into her. And I don't really care about Minka. And I saw what sounds to be the 'last version'. Not sure it was the original, but I heard it's kind of a retake on 'Single White Female', which I think I saw when I was like 13 or something.

A bit information appeared about a film

Update: In spite of receiving a confirmation from a member on the production, the trades are now reporting actress Danneel Harris is co-starring in the film, not Danielle Harris. We apologize for this error.

ShockTillYouDrop.com confirmed this morning that Danielle Harris has joined the cast of Screen Gems' latest thriller The Roommate.

Shooting under the direction of Christian E. Christiansen, Roommate is based on a script by Sonny Mallhi. Harris will play Minka Kelly's friend from "back home" who gets between Kelly's Sara and Leighton Meester's Rebecca. In the film, things turn deadly when Rebecca becomes obsessed with Sara and begins targeting people in her life.

Harris wrapped worked on Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 earlier this year. That film opens on August 28th. The Roommate is currently shooting in Los Angeles and is on track for a 2010 bow.

Hee, I saw that. I'm glad she hasn't shied away from tweeting with everything going on. That's about the best thing she can do - just keep her head up and get on with life.
