TV Babe of the Day: Bevin Prince
IGN scores a sit down with TV's biggest Duck Hunt fan.

February 23, 2009 - The final week of the shortest month of the year kicks off today with some babealicious blondage. Our intrepid search for the best babes that the universe has to offer finds us in Tree Hill, North Carolina, today. One Tree Hill to be exact. It is there that we came to discover and heart today's Babe of the Day, Bevin Prince.

This University of North Carolina Wilmington grad is best known to TV viewers and babe hounds alike as ditzy cheerleader Bevin Mirsky, on The CW's One Tree Hill Mondays at 9pm.

Initially, Bevin was to appear as an extra, but the character stuck around and eventually expanded into an intricate member of the ensemble cast. Bevin's other credits include an episode of the medical drama House, titled "Alone", which involved a case of mistaken identity. She also has three films in various stages of production, the horror films Wreckage and Dark House, and the romantic comedy Redefining Love.


What's black and white and hot all over?

IGN Stars recently scored some quality Q & A time with the beautiful Bevin, and we like how this Duck Hunt and Guitar Hero fan rolls.

IGN Stars: Where are you from and describe a typical day in the life of your hometown?

Bevin: I am from Wrightsville Beach, NC, a small beach town where the most important decision made during the day is whether or not you should have a bloody mary or a beer. A typical day for me starts with a run around the island, swimming with my dog, and then onto the boat for a cruise. I'm a water baby, all my days are spent in the ocean.

IGN: What were you like in high school? Was your babeage something everyone noticed?

Bevin: In high school, I was a cheerleader, I was also involved with drama club and student council. I was a super social kid with way too much energy. I think my hyper-activity scared all the boys away. I've mellowed out a little these days, I hope.



IGN: At IGN, we like it when our babes tell us they love their videogames. What games are you currently playing/which games are your favorites?

Bevin: Well, my absolute favorite game is Tiger Woods. I used to live in a house with two guys and we would have weekly tournaments in which I held the number one title! Of course, I love Guitar Hero, too – who doesn't?! I always wanted to be a rock star, but then realized you might need some talent for that, so Guitar Hero is as close as I can get.

IGN: How did you get into gaming? What game or console got you hooked?

Bevin: I have been playing videogames as long as I can remember. I think the original Nintendo's Duck Hunt is where it all began! I was a master at that, if holding your light gun to the TV is considered being a master.


We have an opening in our weekly Guitar Hero tournaments, just saying...

IGN: If you could play any character on the big screen, who would it be?

Bevin: There are too many options. I definitely want to play some sort of superhero one day. I always wanted to have the power to fly and move at the speed of light.



IGN: What must a guy do to get your attention?

Bevin: To get my attention, a guy has to be funny, really funny. I need a belly laugh daily.

IGN: Describe for us either your best or worst dating experience.

Bevin: I can't think of one dating experience that stands out, but I can tell you about the best gift I have ever received: A guy who lives far away, that I don't get to talk to often, sent me a record of one of my favorite albums – no note, just the record – epic.

Yeah, I definitely wasn't expecting a Maxim-y kind of shoot like this from Bevin, but more power to her. It's already getting her some attention!

Yeah, I hope so. There's been some buzz about this "Redefining Love" movie. If it makes it to theaters here I'll probably go check it out, otherwise for sure on DVD. ^_^

I'd like to see her do more random guest starring stuff. It was awesome when she turned up on House.

Ah, I miss Bevin she was (is) so cute, I always had a soft spot for characters like her. And I'm interested in that new movie she's starring, gotta find a way to watch it.
