Hey, some random discussion about Danneel's character full name. When I read it the first time I laughed... it sounds really bad to me.

I mean... Rachel VIRGINIA GATINA?

First of all, her middle name, Virginia. This must be some kind of joke by Mark or whoever chose it.

And Gatina? Does this surname actually exsist or it was made up?
In italian gattina (with two Ts) means female kitty...

Hah, yeah, I'm really not crazy about "Virginia." Ew. (No offense to anyone who has or likes that name. lol)

As for "Gatina," I'm not sure. I think I remember Evelien and Dorien researching it a while back. lol - Whatever the case, I kinda like it. I dunno. lol

I really like Gatina too :) and even though Virginia is kind of out there, it fits Rachel perfectly

well..I don't like the name "virginia" as a first name ... but I like it in the complete form of Rachel V. G.

and yes, Gatina (female cat in spanish) is a real last name ... there just aren't any people in the states with that name (according to the census..)

It's a common thing for people to have a middle name after their grandmother or grandfather..so that could explain the... older...name sorta say

I don't have a problem with the name Virginia itself, but according to its meaning I don't think it fits Rachel. :P That's why I don't like the combo...
