are we allowed to make these topix too? LOL
okay, we have now officially cought up on our epis!!! (good huh!)
we loved, loved, loved the humor in this episode. It was funny at the right times (we didn't even mind that it was totally random and over the top at times ....Mouth didn't even bother us THAT much..)
Sam-Brooke chemistry is awesome from a parent/kid POV. They really seem to knack together and there were some cute scenes between the two of them
we got another one of the Rachel-gets-mentioned moments. Now all we need is to actually have Rachel show up somewhere...
we didn't really liked the ending that much though. It looks like they're going more and more into the "what would happen in a movie" kinda shots (in the previous episode, there was the entire filmic/horrormovie cornchase between Carrie and the Scott family (in which DEB throwing the bottle in carries face was the highlight of the episode). In this episode, it ended with a stillshot of Jaimie ...which we didn't like because it was too "lifetime movie, happily ever after" for our taste LOL
That girl that plays GiGi GREW UP! jeeses! ...we didn't even recognise her .... jaiks (that's a "jaiks" in the good way..). Funny parts where her mentioning "oh, you have a GF..cool, me too sometimes" haha. Mouth being nervous with Milli following that scene was awesome too ("i'd say you look nice but I'm affraid to get hit")
and than there is ... Joe (who in the last episode, we learned was Owen MORELLI - that was the last name on the slambal shirt)
Little weird that they had Owen say that "his childhood was horrible", while in the last season "his mom made a dinky rambo cake" ... okay, perhaps the heroin addiction's got a lot to do with it, but those don't usually happen till like... later LOL
The lucas/peyton scenes in the episode were also awesome. Specially since they based everything on the magazine haha. You see, this is one way they can use the triangle for without actually HAVING the triangle. Lil jokes like the ones used in this episode about it should (or can...) be implemented more often ...
One of the highlights also: Fergie showing up at their doorstep and earlier saying "lucas loves himself some fergalicious" hahahaha
The fact that Lucas had a big problem with ..."it" and yelling against "it" ...awesome! ... its great that the writers felt up to bringing a topic like that to the table in such a way.
than there's Bethany (or...Haley) singing again! ...which was aweomse and the song was cool too LOL
that was a long way of saying AWESOME episode!!!!!! ...we really, really, really, really, really missed those and needed oned of those....just some light humor instead of all the dark/gloomy storylines they've had over the past couple of days..
Slapstick owns...
...kinda felt like Tree Hill again ...
Owen was cool and cute when he first turned up... but somehow him not being around for a bit and then appearing again has made it such that I see him on screen now and just want to jump on him. *L* Very few men get my hormones going that much, and it isn't even always the ones I most like. They sneak up on me. Him and Jeffery Dean Morgan (who I get all giggly school girl over *L*).... And I perhaps get a little giddy, still, at David Boreanaz.... but Owen is starting to trigger this 'jump him' response. *L* Just thought I'd share. See if he's having that effect on any other women.
well..in a good way, ,joe has always had that effect on me
