I'd been lurking on and off for a while. Found the place through the Elisabeth Harnois board someone here manages also, I'm a big Elisabeth fan as well, actually perhaps a bigger Elisabeth fan, but they're both really awesome. First 'found' Danneel on One Tree and enjoyed the energy and drama her character brought to the show. I just wish now we'd see some more of her, she's an interesting character. Saw Ten Inch Hero, loved it. *L* She and Elisabeth, and Jensen, and Clea, and everyone else were amazing in it. And actually was lucky enough to meet Danneel on two occasions. She even remembered my face the second time, and I wound up having a little conversation with her. She was really sweet and friendly. And she just seemed like a really fun, cool girl to hang out with. And she's so trim and really gorgeous in person. *L* Anyway, so after reading that 'dear lurkers' message I decided to sign up and 'un-lurk' a little bit. *L*

Very cool that you got to meet Danneel - I've, uh, seen Danneel... but was too shy to talk to her, something I take a fair amount of mocking for. lol - Where did you meet her?

Hey, I'm from California. And, Paula, don't worry, I did that the first time I saw Elisabeth, too scared to say hello, second time I got brave and said hello, and that was the first time I met Danneel. It was at a Steve Carlson show in LA. (Unfortunately I don't live in LA, so it's rare occasions I get there.) But yeah, went up and talked to Elisabeth, and she was there with Danneel, or had met up with her there anyway, and Elisabeth introduced me to Danneel. (I believe Bevin from OTH was there also that particular night, but I didn't meet or talk to her.) Second time was the same place, a Steve show, and actually Jensen walked by me first and I said 'hi' but was too scared to say anything else to him, and he said 'hi' and kept walking. And then Danneel came by like a minute later and I said 'hi' to her, and she stopped and said 'hi' and remembered meeting me with Elisabeth. I'd 'caught eyes' with Danneel earlier in the night while Steve was actually playing, she and Jensen were standing like 2 feet away from me for half the performance. When I looked over and caught eyes with her, I smiled and she smiled back, which she mentioned that when I talked to her. I talked a minute with her, and she kind of sent Jensen over when I asked if I could meet him. So got to meet him too. And then later that night, myself and this cool girl I met there were talking to Steve and Danneel was standing nearby and she turned around and Steve was kind of talking to her too and she kind of joined the conversation. Then Steve wandered off and the girl and I talked with Danneel for a while longer. Just kind of random casual kind of chatty stuff. She was really sweet and funny. She just seemed like a lot of fun to be around. I found Danneel to be really charming. *L* But yeah, I can't say enough actually about Danneel, she really just seemed so sweet, made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside after meeting her. *L* I actually 'saw' Danneel a third time at yet another show, saw her and Jensen, but didn't talk to either of them. That night was spent talking to Steve Dress, Carlson's bass player, so... *L*

Aw, that's awesome that you've had such nice encounters with her/them. They seem like a cool little group.

They have seemed like a really great group of people. They just seem like a really nice, down to earth group of people.
