I'm not that surprised after hearing about the sex scene, which is why I was a bit alarmed that she brought the family along for the premiere. If she thought watching a sex scene with a room full of random fans ('Ten Inch Hero' screenings) was awkward... lol.

What's your definition of "nude"? I just saw H&K2 today. Danneel was in a bra in one scene. That was all. There were other nude females in the movie, but not Danneel.

For me, a "nude scene" isn't defined by what the actor/actress isn't wearing. (Many times, an actor/actress appears to be naked but they're really wearing skin-colored clothing or something else strategically placed to cover up.) A "nude scene" is defined by what body parts the audience can actually see.

Generally, I wouldn't call anything that can be shown on non-cable TV as a "nude scene". (NYPD Blue, which showed a lot of bare butts, is an exception.) So the bare back of a topless actress wouldn't be a "nude scene". And obviously, Danneel in a bra in H&K2 wouldn't be a "nude scene" since we've already seen Danneel in a bra on One Tree Hill.

The scene definitely could not be shown on non-cable TV. It's a pretty graphic sex scene in which you see everything but the "full frontal" shot. While you can maybe get away with a quick flash of butt on network television, I'm pretty sure breasts are still a no-no.

And context is everything. I didn't watch 'NYPD Blue,' but weren't those flashes of butt usually while somebody was getting dressed or something? I doubt the network would go for it in the midst of a sex scene. American TV is so prudish. lol

Edit: Just to clarify, I'm still referring to the scene in 'Ten Inch Hero.' I haven't seen H&K2 yet and can't speak for that particular scene.
