Anyone else heard about this?
I'm quite excited to see it, i like Kaley Cuoco so it'll be good to see her in something new!
I know we're getting it sometime in the UK, just not completely sure when <_<

I'd never heard of it but just looked it up on IMDb - it has David from Roseanne! lol

Just a quick heads up - iTunes has the pilot episode of this show available for free right now. I think it's only for the US iTunes store, though. :\ Do the other ones even offer TV shows yet?
Elle - September 19, 2007 05:01 PM (GMT)
Ack!!
I think ours do..but at the minute i think its just for Lost and Desperate housewives. I will check though, ta!

Good luck! If they don't have it, let me know... I may be able to *ahem* help you out...

I'd think that should bode well for Elle too, then. If not, let me know! I owe you a favor or two anyway. lol
Elle - September 20, 2007 06:21 PM (GMT)
Damn us British! (didn't even have OTH up either!)
Paula - September 20, 2007 06:30 PM (GMT)
Hey Elle, try switching to the US iTunes store (should be a drop-down menu at the bottom of the main page of the store). I *think* they've changed it so you don't have to be signed in to download free items. I think it's meant to encourage people to try out iTunes who otherwise couldn't be bothered to register and such first. Might work in your favor in this case...
Edit: Nevermind, just checked that - not true. Sorry! A PM should be coming your way shortly.

Did you ever get around to seeing this, Elle? What did you think?
I know I said I wasn't really into the pilot, but I caught another episode of it on TV last week and it made me laugh a lot. It's also turning into a "Roseanne" reunion show of sorts. Johnny Galecki (David) is one of the leads, Laurie Metcalf (Aunt Jackie) was in the episode I saw last week, and Sara Gilbert (Darlene) is guest starring this week as Johnny's love interest! It's David & Darlene 2.0.
Anyone else watching this?
Elle - October 23, 2007 06:20 PM (GMT)
Yeah i liked it! Havent seen anymore of the episodes yet though!
Paula - October 23, 2007 09:34 PM (GMT)
If you're interested, I discovered last night that YouTube has a whole channel devoted to the show with tons of little videos...
http://www.youtube.com/user/thebigbangtheoryI haven't watched any yet, but plan to check them out soon.

Ugh! How much does this figure? I was just starting to really get into the show and now because of the stupid strike they've pulled the plug on it.
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071106/ap_en_tv/hollywood_laborLast night's episode was so funny. I hope they have a few more episodes filmed that haven't aired yet.
Elle - February 17, 2008 03:31 PM (GMT)
oooh it starts on TV this week here! Although i dont know if i want to get into now they've pulled the plug! <_<
Paula - February 19, 2008 01:56 AM (GMT)
Ooh, no, you should! They only pulled the plug because of the strike and they actually just went back into production - new episodes start up again here in March! I ended up falling in love with it - you should definitely give it a chance.
Elle - February 19, 2008 12:54 PM (GMT)
Ooh yay thats good to hear then! Starts on Thursday, trailers look awesome for it!

So have you had a chance to watch it, Elle? I was happy when it finally returned from its strike-induced hiatus. Such a silly/fun show.
