we just saw the premiere of dutch crime investigator Peter R. De Vries, where he solved the Nathalee Holloway case (the girl that went missing on Aruba 3 years ago.)
What turned out is that the guy that was a suspect of the case all along (Joran Van der sloot) - and who's also been arrested for several times already because his stories didn't match eachother and other testimonies - knows EVERYTHING about what happened to Nathalee Holloway.
In an investigation, on which the investigative team relied on a undercover "friend" of Joran Van der Sloot, they filmed a confession on which he explains everything that happened with Nathalee in the short time he spent with her.
Aperantly, Nathalee and Joran - who met eachotehr in a casino on the island of Aruba. The both of them were really drunk and Joran had been smoking joints. Later that night Joranasked some of his arubian friends to drop them off at the beach. When they took off, the two of them went for a small walk on the beach while they were cuddeling a bit ... after a while Nathalee (according to Joran) got a sort of seizure.
Eventhough he didn't know if Nathalee was unconcious or had passed, he went to the Marion Hotel (only a few yards away) and called on of his friends with a payphone. When that friend had arrived, they both panicked and the friend told Joran to go home and that he would take care of things (he had a boat).
While Joran went home (and downloaded some porn movies to prove that he had nothng to do with the case and that he had been home at the time), the other guy went out on sea and dumped Nathalee's body in the ocean. (he didn't make it heavier with rocks or anything, he just dumped her there, not knowing that she was alive or dead.)
Joran also said (and I quote): "I didn't even loose one night of sleep over it." and "The law enforcement officers of the investigative countries are so stupid. They pretty much told me everything they knew about the case, even while I didn't."
At the end of the show, they showed some footage of Nathalee's mother, who had been waiting for news for 3 years already. She (ofcourseà) was shocked to see it and was very moved and emotional.
We're pretty sure that the show is gonna air on a lot of American TVshows (or at least the confession part...since it was a 2 hour "show") as well, since it was world news..- but we thought we'd give you guys the heads up already.
