haha. Who knows. The person probably registered the domain for a year and then didn't get around to putting the site up and is just stuck with it until it expires. (Or maybe they are still planning to put something up. Who knows.)

wouldn't the smart thing be to first come up with an idea of the site and to make a small ...preview like something BEFORE you buy the domain? LOL ...
this is just a pure waste of money LOL

I doubt it will ever be created- it's almost a year when I count from when Dorien posted this thread and her first blog-comment about that page...
